职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Support the design and setup of sales boundary list, balanced score card, sales KPI and incentive/reward program to effectively drive sales performance and ensure compliance of sales behavior.
2. Closely monitor sales performance by managing sophisticated MIS and provide constructive insights (in terms of individual/team productivity, pipeline buildup, adherence to compliance, etc). Support business to identify potential improvement area for sales development.
3. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales incentive calculation as well as sales balanced scored card assessment.
4. Work with sales teams in various cities to develop business expansion plan and identify premise/resource requirement.
5. Facilitate the end-to-end process of sales headcount management including headcount application, allocation/reallocation and turnover analysis.
6. Support related sales administrations.
7. Coordinate and monitor sales training programs; help update and manage sales training materials.
Requirements:
1. Good team player. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
2. Strong capability in maths and analysis.
3. Adaptive to changes.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Minimum 2 years working experience in sales management. Relevant experience in lending business is a plus.
