ACCOUNTABILITIES
To identify and pitch target customers through different channels
To establish, maintain and develop strong relationship with target customers and deliver high quality service
To actively explore client’s banking needs and proactively sell a full range of bank products including Trade, Cash, FX, Loan, Corporate financing and so on.
Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved;
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 5 years of banking experience with knowledge of banking products and/or working experience gained in foreign banks an advantage
Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, English
Good interpersonal skills, Eye for detail and strong credit analytical skill
Good at multitasking, have mobility and can work under pressure
Expect to build up and lead a small team of professionals as business grows in future
