一、职位及要求
(一)生产管理部副部长
主要职责:分管生产计划的编制和管理。具体包括:持续改善生产组织流程,优化生产管理模式和组织方式,推进生产流程再造;推进实施现代造船模式;推进精益生产管理;促进生产工程管理信息化业务等。
基本要求:熟悉企业组织管理和运作模式,熟悉船舶建造生产工艺流程,具有丰富的船舶建造和生产管理经验,具有较强的生产组织和沟通协调能力。
(二)生产运行部副部长
主要职责:分管海工装备、船舶产品的生产管理。具体包括:生产计划实施、生产进度控制、安全质量管理和生产成本控制;组织协调公司生产资源的优化和统筹等。
基本要求:熟悉海工建造和船舶制造等相关业务,熟悉生产工艺流程和安全管理、产品质量控制和生产成本控制;具有较强的生产组织和沟通协调能力,保障生产资源的充分利用及生产的有序进行。
(三)品质保证部副部长
主要职责:分管产品质量管理。具体包括:按照质量方针和目标,组织生产全过程的质量控制;持续改善公司产品质量体系,督促生产现场质量问题的反馈和处理等。
基本要求:熟悉船舶质量检验及各项规范;具有丰富的生产现场质量管理和控制经验;熟悉造船流程和工艺、质量管理体系和生产成本控制;具有较强的沟通协调能力。
(四)研究院副院长
主要职责:负责船舶产品的研发、设计和优化。具体包括:分析市场需求,组织新产品研发、设计和在制产品的优化;为营销提供良好的技术支持;持续完善研发设计管理体系等。
基本要求:有丰富的船舶设计理念和管理经验,掌握世界先进造船研发设计技术;熟悉船舶行业国际国内标准;具有较强的市场需求判断和管理沟通协调能力。
(五)市场营销部副部长
主要职责:负责海外业务市场开拓。具体包括:新业务、新客户的拓展;现有客户的维护和管理;组织项目投标、合同洽谈、评审和签订,对合同执行实施全过程跟踪,负责合同纠纷的处理等。
基本要求:掌握国际船舶与海工市场动态;熟悉船舶、海工营销等相关业务;熟悉商务谈判和相关法律法规;预测船舶行业和海洋工程的发展趋势;具有船舶生产、设计经验;具有较强的市场洞察、分析判断和沟通协调能力。
(六)人力资源部副部长
主要职责:负责人力资源管理及开发工作。具体包括:根据公司生产经营计划及人力资源发展规划,制定人员招聘计划并组织实施;负责岗位工作分析,优化岗位设置;负责人力资源开发、员工素质提升及岗位技能培训;负责绩效管理、劳动关系管理等。
基本要求:熟悉国际国内外先进的人力资源管理理论,掌握人力资源管理先进的工具和方法,具有良好的创新能力,分析决策能力,组织、协调、沟通能力;具有领导管理和带领团队协同工作的能力。
二、报名条件

5. 具有8年以上船舶生产、经营、管理、技术等工作经验且有2年同层级工作经历,未满2年的应当具有下一层级3年以上工作经历(具有海外工作经验者优先)。
6. 身心健康,能承受较大压力,高效工作。
7. 具有良好的英文沟通能力。
三、竞聘工作程序
(一)竞聘按照报名、资格审查、初试、复试、组织考察(背景调查)、党政联系会议讨论决定(公司管理层讨论)等程序进行。
通过初试按分数高低确定面试人选,每个竞聘职位最终不多于8人参加面试。初试内容主要为胜任职位应知应会的基础管理知识及相关专业知识;复试内容为运用管理理论和专业工具解决实际问题的能力。
(二)录用人员实行岗位聘任制,考察期为12个月。

Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (SWS) has decided to recruit for 6 job vacancies of mid-level deputy directors worldwide. This recruitment is based on the needs of talents introduction and strategic development. The following are the details:
I. Job Descriptions and Requirements
i) Deputy Director of Production Management Dept.
Responsibilities: Plan making and managing, including: improving manufacturing process, optimizing patterns of management and organization, advancing process rebuilding, promoting modern shipbuilding and lean production. Applying information measures in operation, etc.
Requirements: Being familiar with administration, operation and shipbuilding techniques. Having rich experience in shipbuilding and production management. Being proficient in organization, communication and coordination.
ii)Deputy Director of Production Planning Dept.
Responsibilities: Managing the production of ships and offshore products. Including: Implementing plan, Supervising progress, Managing safety and quality, Controlling manufacturing costs, Organizing and coordinating resources allocation and optimization, etc.
Requirements: Being familiar with marine and offshore constructing, manufacturing surveillance and safety management, quality and costs control. Being proficient in organization, communication and coordination. Being supportive of resources utilization and progress making.
iii) Deputy Director of Quality Assurance Dept.
Responsibilities:Quality control and management. Including: Organizing quality control throughout the entire production with the reference to quality principles and targets. Sustainably upgrading the corporate quality system. Monitoring the feedback and resolution of site quality problems, etc.
Requirements:Being familiar with shipbuilding supervision and class rules. Having rich experience in production management and control. Mastering shipbuilding process and relevant techniques, quality and costs management. Being proficient in communication and coordination.
iv) Deputy Director of Design Research Institute
Responsibilities: R&D, design and optimization of marine products. Including: Analyzing market demand. Organizing R&D and design of new products as well as the modification of current products. Offering technical support to shipbuilding marketing. Sustainably improving R&D and design system, etc.
Requirements: Being rich in ship design ideas and management experience. Mastering the cutting-edge techniques for R&D and design of ships. Being familiar with domestic and international shipbuilding standards. Having a strong market insight and capability of communication and coordination for management.
v)Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing Dept.
Responsibilities: Overseas market exploration. Including: Exploring new business and clients. Managing and maintaining client relations. Organizing project bidding, contract negotiation, uation and signing. Tracking the implementation of contract. Settling contract disputes.
Requirements: Being updated with the marine & offshore market trend. Being familiar with marine & offshore marketing. Predicting the marine & offshore market trend. Having experience in shipbuilding and ship design. Being capable of market insight, demand analysis, communication and coordination.
vi) Deputy Director of HR Dept.
Responsibilities: HR management and development. Including: Making and implementing recruitment plan based on corporate growth and HR scheme. Analyzing positions and optimizing position arrangement. Developing talent pool, staff skill promotion programs and training courses. Managing incentives and employment relations.
Requirements: Being updated with advanced HR theories both home and abroad. Mastering advanced HR methods and tools. Being capable of innovating, analyzing and decision making. Being proficient in organization, communication and coordination. Being an administrator and a team leader as well.
II. Qualifications:

iv. Bachelor degree holders will be favored.

III. Recruitment Procedure
