1.凡参加应聘人员，在规定报名时间内，将《成都安蓉公司招聘报名表》发送至公司邮箱（统一命名为“应聘岗位+姓名”），并提交报名资料电子版和现场纸质版（相关报名材料扫描件、复印件等，按照指定地址邮寄）。

2.材料提交要求：Material submission requirements
以下所有材料需要提交电子版（扫描件等）及纸质版。

（1）《成都安蓉公司招聘报名表》（纸质版需本人亲自填写），复印3份；
