Brief Introduction
Xiamen Institute of Technology， hereinafter referred to as XIT, is a full-time private undergraduate institute approved by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. It covers 704.1 mu (approximately 469,402 m2) with a total construction area of 500,000 m2. The landscape endows the campus with a dignified and elegant style, while the perfect teaching and living facilities together make it a modern cultural palace. Since its foundation in 2009, XIT always insists on optimizing its management structure, deepening its teaching reform as well as focusing on developing engineering majors under the guidance of the scientific education outlook so as to satisfy the need for high quality tech-talents as a result of economic and social development in Xiamen and the whole west coast of Taiwan Strait.
Contract Period: Commencing from September 2016 to June 2017
Workload: 14-18 teaching hours per week for 32 weeks as well as participation in events of the college.
Job Responsibilities: Teaching Oral English Courses proposed by the college English department. (Required course)
Qualification Requirements: Native English speaker with at least a Bachelor’s degree, less than 60 years old, in good physical condition, wholehearted commitment to teaching, and with 2 years teaching experience or TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent is preferred.
Payment Standards for All Positions:
Annual pay (100000RMB) =salary (70000RMB) +benefit package (30000RMB)
